Vote to concur with house amendments and pass a bill that expands the state taxpayer funded private school voucher program to families with higher incomes.
Increases the income eligibility for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program to 300 percent of the federal poverty level (Sec. 1).
Authorizes a student to submit a full-time open enrollment application to an unlimited number of nonresident school districts (Sec. 1).
Prohibits a resident school district from denying a full-time open enrollment application if the application was submitted on the basis that attending the school in the nonresident school district is in the best interest of the student (Sec. 1).
