Vote to adopt a resolution that establishes a task force to review the Wolf administration's failure to advertise a proposed constitutional amendment.

Highlights:

• Requires the Select Committee on Publication of Constitutional Amendments to consist of the following members of the House of Representatives (Sec. 1):

• The chair and the minority chair of the State Government Committee of the House of Representatives; and

• 3 other members of the House of Representatives, one of whom will be a member of the minority caucus.

• Authorizes the chair of the select committee, on behalf of the select committee, to do all of the following (Sec. 1):

• Send for persons and papers and subpoena witnesses, documents, and other materials under the hand and seal of the chair;

• Administer oaths to witnesses;

• Take testimony;

• Prepare and file pleadings and other legal documents; and

• Employ staff for the use of the select committee.
