Vote to pass a bill that requires the county election board record every voter's ballot history.

Highlights:

• Requires the secretary of the county election board to record a voter’s method of voting (Sec. 1B).

• Specifies that a voter’s preferred method of voting shall not be a matter of public record except for elections held on the date of a regularly scheduled federal or state election or a statewide special election for a state question (Sec. 2).

• Classifies “method of voting” as an indication of the method of a voter to cast a ballot, including in-person on election day, in-person absentee, absentee, or any other legal method (Sec. 3).
