(Sec. § 6).

  • Authorizes construction for Parkland upon and under which a permanent easement may be established according to subdivision (a) of section 1 of this act is described as all that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying, and being located at the Hamlet of Wantagh, Town of Hempstead, County of Nassau and State of New York being a 20-foot wide strip of land more particularly bounded (Sec. §-8).

  • Authorizes the commissioner to extend the credit component for up to 144 months after the date of such issuance, if the commissioner, in consultation with the commissioner of environmental conservation (Sec. 1.i).
