Title: Bipartisan Patient Protection Act

Vote to pass a bill to protect consumers in managed care plans and other health coverage.
Highlights:
- Prohibits insurance companies from limiting either procedures doctors can perform or medicines they can prescribe when treating patients.
- Provides a 100 percent deduction of insurance for the self-employed.
