Title: Establishes 2 New Classes of Election Fraud Offenses
Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that establishes two new classes of election fraud offenses: intentionally counting invalid votes and failing to count valid votes, making them second-degree felonies.
Establishes that it shall be a second degree felony for any individual to commit the following offenses, including (Sec. 1):
Counting votes of an individual they know to be invalid or altering a report to include votes the individual knows to be invalid; and
Refusing to count votes of an individual they know to be valid or altering a report to exclude votes an individual knows to be valid.
Specifies that this bill shall take effect September 1, 2021 (Sec. 2).
