Highlights:

• Prohibits a police officer, following an emergency or disaster declaration, from confiscating, regulating, or curtailing the otherwise lawful possession, carrying, sale, transportation, transfer, defensive use, or other lawful use of the following (Sec. 1):

• Firearm, including any accessory;

• Ammunition, ammunition-loading equipment including any component or accessory; or

• Personal weapons other than firearms.
