Vote to pass a bill that prohibits the implementation of COVID-19 vaccine passports.

Highlights:

• Prohibits a state or local government entity, or any of its officers or agents, from issuing vaccine or immunization passports, vaccine or immunization passes, or any other standardized documentation to certify the immunization status of an individual or otherwise require the publication or sharing of immunization records or similar health information for an individual (Sec. 1.a).

• Prohibits a state or local government entity or agency, or any of its officers or agents, from requiring an individual to receive immunization or present documentation of an immunization as a condition for receiving any government benefit or service or for entry into a government building (Sec. 1.b).

• Prohibits an entity or individual doing business in this state from refusing to provide any goods or services, or refuse to allow admission to an individual, based on an individual's immunization status or lack of documentation that an individual has received an immunization (Sec. 1.c).
