Vote to concur with senate amendments and pass a bill that requires transgender student athletes play against those of their biological sex.

Highlights:

• Defines “biological sex” as an individual’s physical form as a male or female based solely on the individual’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth (Sec. 1).

• Prohibits athletic teams or sports designated for females, women, or girls from being open to students of the male sex where selection for such teams is based upon competitive skill or the activity involved is a contact sport (Sec. 1).

• Specifies that nothing in this bill shall be construed to prohibit a student from participating in any interscholastic, intercollegiate, or intramural sports designated as “coed” or “mixed” (Sec. 1).
