    • A building owned by the state or by a city, a county, a district or any other entity that falls within the definition of “municipal corporation”; or

    • The portion of any other building occupied or controlled by an agency of the state or by a city, a county, a district, or any other entity that falls within the definition of “municipal corporation”, other than a court facility.
