Vote to pass a bill that expands telehealth services.

Highlights:

• Authorizes an individual licensed to practice a health profession in another state, to provide the same health services to a patient in this state through telehealth services so long as the following conditions are met (Sec. 16171):

• The individual receives consent for the telehealth service; and

• The individual only provides health services that they would be permitted to provide under normal circumstances.
