Requires insurers in this state that deliver, issues for delivery, or renew a health insurance policy that provides an insulin prescription to cap the total amount an insured individual is required to pay at $50 per 30-day supply regardless of the amount or type of insulin needed to fill a prescription (Sec. 1).

Specifies that nothing in this act shall prevent an insurer from reducing an insured individual's cost sharing by an amount greater than $50 (Sec. 1).
