  • Requires early voters to sign an affidavit stating the following for their early ballot to be valid (Sec. 1):

    • The date of birth; and either;

    • A valid ID number from any of the following:

      • Driver’s license;

      • AZ Nonoperating Identification License; 

      • Tribal enrollment card; 

      • Other forms of tribal identification; or

      • Federal, state or local government-issued identification; or

    • Their voter registration number any of the following information:

      • A verification of their address using utility bills dated within 90 days of the election;

      • Valid vehicle registration;

      • Vehicle insurance card;

      • Tribal enrollment card or other tribal identification;

      • Property tax statement;

      • Recorder’s certificate; or

      • Voter registration card.
