  • Establishes a person who knowingly causes, procures, or allows himself to be registered as an elector in Arizona solely to vote in an election without requisite intent to remain is guilty of a class 6 felony (Sec. 1.B).

  • Specifies if on the trial of a person charged under this law, it appears that the accused is registered as an elector of any county, city, town, or precinct, without being qualified for such registration, the court will cancel the accused’s registration (Sec. 1.C).
