• Authorizes a person who is eligible to vote and who has a valid South Dakota driver license or South Dakota non driver identification card, may submit changes of last name, residence address, mailing address, telephone number, email address, previous voter registration information, party affiliation, and willingness to serve as an election worker for the purpose of accurate voter registration records through an online electronic system maintained by the Office of the Secretary of State (Sec. 1).
