    • $2.30 trillion for fiscal year 2021;

    • $2.77 trillion for fiscal year 2022;

    • $2.97 trillion for fiscal year 2023;

    • $3.09 trillion for fiscal year 2024;

    • $3.24 trillion for fiscal year 2025;

    • $3.51 trillion for fiscal year 2026;

    • $3.76 trillion for fiscal year 2027;

    • $3.88 trillion for fiscal year 2028;

    • $4.01 trillion for fiscal year 2029; and

    • $4.12 trillion for fiscal year 2030.

  • Authorizes the chairman of the Senate Budget Committee to revise the allocations of a committee to provide grants to foodservice and drinking establishments affected by the COVID-19 pandemic (Title III, Sec. 3003).

  • Authorizes the chairman of the Senate Budget Committee to revise the allocations of a committee to change federal tax laws, which may include preventing tax increases on small businesses during any period in which a national emergency has been declared with respect to a pandemic (Title III, Sec. 3004).

  • Authorizes the chairman of the Senate Budget Committee to revise the allocation of a committee to increase the federal minimum wage during a global pandemic, which may include prohibiting the rate from more than doubling to $15 per hour (Title III, Sec. 3013).

  • Authorizes the chairman of the Senate Budget Committee to revise the allocations of a committee relating to the United States Embassy in Jerusalem, Israel, and maintaining its current location in Jerusalem and level of operations (Title III, Sec. 3012).

  • Authorizes the chairman of the Senate Budget Committee to revise the allocations of a committee to increase government spending transparency, which may include requiring the president to make information available online regarding the number of funds made available for relief from the COVID-19 pandemic that has been expended (Title III, Sec. 3015).
