  • Prohibits a government record from including a portion of any document which discloses the social security number, credit card number, unlisted telephone number, or driver license number of any person, or a portion of any document which discloses the home address, whether a primary or secondary residence, of any active, formerly active, or retired judicial officer, prosecutor or law enforcement officer (Sec. 1).

  • Authorizes any active, formerly active, or retired judicial officer, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer whose home address or unpublished telephone number is disclosed on the Internet, by any person, business, or association, to identify the person as the family member of a judicial officer or prosecutor, to request that the person, business, or association to remove the information from the Internet where it was otherwise made available (Sec. 7).
