Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that prohibits the state registrar from imposing fees for stillbirth records.

Highlights:

• Authorizes the state registrar to provide 2 certified copies of medical health records including stillbirths, and prohibits the state registrar from charging a fee for stillbirth medical health records (Sec. 2891).

• Establishes a $50 fee for the creation of a new birth certificate of birth after the following occurs, including, but not limited to (Sec. 2891):

• Adoption;

• legal name change for minors;

• Acknowledgment of paternity; or

• Sex change.
