Vote to pass a bill that requires bars and restaurants be treated the same during a disaster declaration.
Requires that during a state of emergency declared by the governor, all restaurants and establishments (bars) permitted to serve alcoholic beverages on the premises for consumption to be subject to uniform restrictions, including restrictions on occupancy limits and operation protocols (Sec. 1).
Specifies that this act shall take effect upon passage of the governor (Sec. 2).
