Authorizes a qualified permit holder to sell alcoholic beverages by the individual drink in sealed, closed containers to a personal consumer for off-premises consumption, including via delivery to the location of the personal consumer (Sec 1).
Defines “personal consumers” as individuals at least 21 years of age intending to personally consume purchased alcoholic beverages (Sec 1).
Requires alcoholic beverages in transit to its final destination to be in a closed container and securely sealed so that any tampering is visibly apparent (Sec 1).
Requires a personal consumer to purchase a meal with any alcoholic beverages (Sec 1).
Prohibits a qualified permit holder from selling more than 3 alcoholic beverages per meal to a personal consumer (Sec 1).
Requires the qualified permit holder delivering the alcoholic beverages to ensure that the personal consumer is at least 21 years of age prior to delivery (Sec 1).
