  • Requires poll workers to offer traditional in-person voting at an indoor or outdoor voting facility (Sec. 1).

  • Prohibits anyone from possessing someone else’s absentee ballot, unless the individual is (Sec. 2):

    • A postal worker;

    • An election official;

    • Someone authorized to deliver military-overseas ballot; or

    • Someone who lives with the person possessing the ballot.

  • Specifies that unlawfully possessing someone else’s ballot is a class A misdemeanor (Sec. 2).

  • Specifies that this bill takes effect immediately upon passage (Sec. 4).
