Vote to pass a bill that limits the use of data collected for purposes of COVID-19 contact tracing.
Highlights:

Limits personal data collected by public health entities to be used only for contact tracing (Sec. 1).

Requires public health entities to delete personal data thirty days after it is collected (Sec. 1).

Establishes a $10,000 fine for any third-party entity that misuses, retains or unlawfully discloses COVID-19 contact tracing data (Sec. 1).
