  • Defines “arrest-related death” as a death that occurs while an individual is in law enforcement custody or during an attempt to establish custody (Sec. 1).

  • Requires the law enforcement division to make this information available in the annual report submitted to the legislature and governor, and available to the public by posting it on the division’s website, to be updated monthly (Sec. 1).
