Highlights:

• Appropriates $700 million to the Illinois Emergency Management Agency for costs related to the COVID-19 pandemic response, including purchasing of protective personal equipment, state agency health and safety measures, costs associated with care sites, and other emergency response costs (Article 30, Sec. 10).
