  • Appropriates $235 million from the State  Coronavirus Urgent Remediation Emergency Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for all costs associated with the Coronavirus Business Interruption Grant Program including the awarding of grants to childcare and daycare providers, for costs incurred due to business interruption (Article 14.5, Sec. 105).

  • Appropriates $60 million from the State Coronavirus Urgent Remediation Emergency Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for all costs associated with the Coronavirus Business Interruption Grant Program the awarding of grants to qualifying businesses that serve disproportionately impacted areas based on COVID-19 cases, for costs incurred due to business interruption (Article 14.5, Sec. 110).

  • Appropriates $400 million to local health providers (Article 73, Sec. 60).

  • Appropriates $569.5 million from the SBE Federal Department of Education Fund to the Illinois State Board of Education for grants, contracts, and administrative expenses of the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund award (Article 22, Sec. 30).

  • Appropriates $451.34 million to the Illinois Student Assistance Commission for grant awards to students eligible for the Monetary Award Program (MAP) (Article 130, Sec. 15).
