  • Authorizes local governments to post required advertisements online on a website operated by the local government that is accessible to the public at all times (Sec 1).

    • Be published within 10 days of the alternative posting on the local government website;

  • Requires local government websites to publish a notice on the website if an error in any publication includes an error or is not published within the appropriate timeline (Sec 2).
