Title: Establishes the 2020 Supplemental Operating Budget

Highlights:

 

  • Appropriates $60 million of the home security fund-state appropriation towards increasing local temporary shelter capacity (Pg. 59).

  • Appropriates $15 million of the general fund-state appropriation for fiscal year 2021 towards grants to support the operation, maintenance, and service costs of permanent supportive housing projects (Pg. 62).

  • Appropriates $40 million of the Washington housing trust account-state appropriation towards production and preservation of affordable housing (Pg. 68).
