Vote to pass a bill that amends election voting laws relating to voting centers and precinct workers.

Highlights:

• Authorizes each jurisdiction to allow individuals to vote at any of the voting centers in the jurisdiction instead of the established precincts and wards for the election (Sec. 1).

• Specifies that any individual who is registered to vote and living in the jurisdiction may be appointed as a polling place superintendent or deputy to any of the voting centers (Sec. 1).

• Requires secure, encrypted electronic pollbooks be used instead of paper registration books (Sec. 1).

• Requires any jurisdiction that uses vote centers to provide a printed paper voter registration list and a printed and bound paper pollbook to each vote center prior to the opening of the polls (Sec. 1).
