A vote to pass a bill that establishes daylight savings time as the year-round standard time.
Highlights:

Establishes that after the hour advancement at two o’clock A.M. on the second Sunday in March of 2020, the standard time for the state shall remain on daylight savings time year-round (Sec. 1).
