    • $10.00 million for each fiscal year from 2019-2021 to the department to provide a directed grant to Montreat College for the Cybersecurity Regional Training Center.

  • Increases the amount appropriated to the IT Reserve Fund by $750,000 for each fiscal year from 2019-2021 for the NC Outcomes Longitudinal Data System (Sec. 2.3).

  • Exempts the procurement of cybersecurity and infrastructure security products from the requirements of competitive bidding (Sec. 3.2).

  • Appropriates $7.64 million for the 2019-2020 fiscal year and $42.36 million for the 2020-2021 fiscal year to the Office of the State Controller to develop the Statewide ERP information technology project (Sec. 4.1).

  • Appropriates $12.00 million for the 2019-2020 fiscal year and $35.07 million for the 2020-2021 fiscal year to the Department of Public Instruction for the implementation of a School Business System Modernization Plan (Sec. 4.2).
