Title: Abortion Clinic Access bill

Vote to adopt a conference report that establishes fines and penalties for individuals using force, intimidation, or physical obstruction to prevent access by a person who works at or is seeking to use pregnancy or abortion-related services or a place of worship.

  • Up to three years imprisonment and/or a fine for each additional offense.
