Appropriates $94.4 million for correctional department administration and salary support (Part 1, Sec. 102).
Appropriates $133.34 million for several different offender success and trade reentry programs in order to reduce recidivism rates (Part 1, Sec. 103).
Appropriates $271.35 million toward field operation in order to fund state parole and probation services (Part 1, Sec. 104).
Appropriates $116.84 million towards the correctional budget in order to fund full time salaried positions as well as transportation and food costs (Part 1, Sec. 105).
Appropriates $305.83 million towards the correctional budget in order to fund various health care costs and mental health and substance abuse treatment services (Part 1, Sec. 106).
Appropriates $1.07 billion towards the correctional budget in order to fund various full time guard staff positions at various state prisons throughout the state (Part 1, Sec. 107).
