  • Requires the State Board of Elections to distribute a report of these disqualified individuals who are registered to vote in that county to each county board of elections (Sec. 5)

  • Requires the county board to give 30 days written notice to the voter at their registration address or mailing address, and to remove the individual’s name from its registration records if the voter makes no objection (Sec. 4).

  • Establishes that nothing in this act shall be construed to restrict the authority of a local board of elections or State Board of Elections to determine an individual’s eligibility to vote (Sec. 4).
