    • The total penalty amounts imposed by county and adjusted income class; 

    • The total statewide penalty imposed and the total number of exemptions applied, as well as common qualifications for exemptions applied;

    • The number of applicable households paying the penalty and the number of dependents within these households paying the penalty, by federal poverty level category; and

    • The number and amount of state financial subsidies paid and adjustments made through reconciliations, by county and by federal poverty level category.
