  • Requires each county clerk to add to the list of registered voters receiving mail-in a ballot for all future elections without further request, each voter in the county who requested and received a mail-in ballot for the 2016 general election, and each voter who requested and received a mail-in ballot for any election in 2017 and 2018 by filing a mail-in ballot application following the 2016 deadline (Sec. 1). 

  • Appropriates $2 million from the General Fund to the Department of State to be distributed among counties for the costs of implementing the requirements of this act (Sec. 3).
