  • Authorizes registrars of voters to apply to the Secretary of State to designate additional locations for the completion and processing of registration applications on election day as long as they apply at least 90 days before election day (Sec. 1).

  • Requires the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to use an electronic system with approval from the Secretary of State for applications to register to vote (Sec. 6).

  • Requires the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to provide an electronic system with approval from the Secretary of State for notifications of address changes for voter registration (Sec. 10).

  • Requires electoral privileges be restored to people released from confinement or on parole (Sec. 13).

  • Requires forfeiture of electoral privileges if someone who has regained their privileges returns to confinement in a correctional institution or facility from parole or release (Sec. 12).
