A vote to pass a bill that authorizes the state budget for fiscal years 2019-2020.
Appropriates $1.48 billion to the State Board of Education for financial support of public schools, and $58.8 million for increased pay for certified personnel (Sec. 1).
Authorizes the District Attorneys Council to transfer up to $1 million dollars on an as-needed basis from the Crime Victims Compensation Fund created by Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes of the Sexual Assault Examination Fund (Sec. 108).
Appropriates $350 million dollars to the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to perform the duties imposed upon the Department by law (Sec. 64).
Appropriates $14 million to the Oklahoma Quick Action Closing Fund to be budgeted and expended by the Governor as authorized by law (Sec. 125).
Appropriates $6.8 million from the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury to perform the duties imposed upon the Physician Manpower Training Commission by law (Sec. 33).
