Title: Prohibits All Untraceable 3D Printed "Ghost Guns"
Vote to concur with senate amendments and pass a bill that prohibits the sale or ownership of untraceable 3D printed firearms known as "ghost guns".
Defines “manufacture” for the purposes of this act as the fabrication or construction of a firearm (Sec. 1).
Defines “undetectable firearm” as any firearm that is not as detectable as 3.7 ounces of 17-4 PH stainless steel by walk-through metal detectors or magnetometers (Sec. 1).
Defines “untraceable firearm” as any firearm manufactured after July 1, 2019 that is not an antique firearm and that cannot be traced by law enforcement by means of a serial number (Sec. 1).
Prohibits manufacturing an untraceable or undetectable firearm with the intent to sell said firearm (Sec. 3).
