Highlights:

• Prohibits colleges and universities from adopting or enforcing a policy that prohibits the carrying, transportation, or possession of a dangerous weapon that emits an electric current, impulse, wave, or beam that produces a high-voltage pulse designed to immobilize a person, in the buildings or on the grounds of said college or university (Sec. 3).

• Specifies that exceptions to this Act include if the use of said dangerous weapon is being used in the commission of a public offense (Sec. 3).
