Vote to pass a bill that authorizes sports gambling on tribal lands.
Requires the sports wager to to occur where the wager is initiated and received, all of which are to occur on Native American tribal lands within the state lawfully permitted to conduct Class III gaming activities (Sec. 1).
Requires horse race wagering to occur where the wager is initiated and received, all of which are to occur on Native American tribal lands within the state lawfully permitted to conduct Class III gaming activities (Sec. 1).
Defines “sports wagering” as the placing of wagers on the outcome of professional and collegiate sports contests (Sec. 1).
Defines “horse race wagering” as the fixed odds or pari-mutuel wagering on thoroughbred, harness, or other racing horses, including simulcasting and off-track betting (Sec. 1).
