Highlights:

• Appropriates $2.109 billion for Medicaid Services (Sec. 1).

• Appropriates $129 million to the Alaska Marine Highway System (Sec. 1).

• Appropriates $201 million for highway, aviation, and transportation facilities (Sec. 1).

• Appropriates $870 million to the University of Alaska (Sec. 1).

• Requires the Board of Regents create a plan to transition the University of Alaska from 2 separately accredited institutions into a single accredited institution with multiple community campuses, and that the Board provide an update of this up to the legislature by December 1, 2019 (Sec. 1).

• Appropriates $42 million for K-12 aid to school districts (Sec.1).
