A vote to pass a bill that establishes the General Appropriation Bill of 2019.
Appropriates $21.6 million from the general fund to the legislative council service for allocations to the legislative agencies in fiscal year 2020 (Sec. 4).
Appropriates to the judicial branch the following (Sec. 4):
$306.3 million from the general fund;
$21.7 million from other state funds;
$11.4 million from the internal service funds and interagency transfers; and
$5.6 million from federal funds.
Appropriates for general control the following (Sec. 4):
$142.3 million from the general fund;
$1.5 billion form other state funds;
$50.4 million from internal service funds and interagency transfers; and
$15.7 million from federal funds.
Appropriates the following for commerce and industry (Sec. 4):
$66.1 million from the general fund;
$81.2 million from other state funds;
$94.5 million from internal service funds and interagency transfers; and
$810,000 from federal funds.
Appropriates the following for public safety (Sec. 4):
$465 million from the general fund;
$26.8 million from other state funds;
$23.5 million from internal service funds and interagency transfers; and
$78.1 million from federal funds.
Appropriates the following for transportation (Sec. 4):
$480.7 million from other state funds;
$3.5 million from internal service funds and interagency transfers; and
$401.5 million from federal funds .
Appropriates the following to higher education (Sec. 4).

$1.8 billion from the general fund;
$287.5 from other state agencies;
$351 million from internal service funds and interagency transfers; and
$6.1 billion from federal funds.
Appropriates the following for agriculture, energy and natural resources (Sec. 4);
$76.9 million from the general fund;
$83.6 million from other state funds;
$19.9 million from internal service funds and interagency transfers;
$40 million from federal funds.
