Vote to adopt a conference report that amends the Video Draw Poker Devices Control Law.

Highlights:

• Amends the definition of “video draw poker device” to include video lineup games, mechanical reel games, or any combination thereof (Sec. 1). 

• Authorizes the addition of displays that are for entertainment purposes only to video draw poker devices (Sec. 1). 

• Establishes that the board has the authority to make rules regarding alternative fuel’s capacity to count towards a qualified truck stop facilities regular fuel sales requirements for operation of video draw poker devices (Sec. 1).

• Requires facilities that have operated for 10 or more years as qualified truck stop facilities to sell a minimum of 30,000 gallons of fuel a month in order to maintain a maximum of 40 video draw poker devices at that level of sales (Sec. 1).

• Specifies that bulk sales are not included and only state-accepted daily sales reports qualify toward monthly sales (Sec. 1).
