Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that amends provisions regarding public water access.
Highlights:

Prohibits any county or township from vacating a highway if it provides access to public lands or public waters to an area of not less than forty acres (Sec. 1).

Authorizes the board of county commissioners to vacate or change the location of any section-line highway under its jurisdiction (Sec. 2).

Authorizes the board of supervisors of an organized township to vacate or change the location of any section-line highway under its jurisdiction (Sec. 2).

Prohibits the boards from vacating or changing any portion of the state trunk highway system or any highway constructed by state or federal aid or any highway within the limits of a municipal corporation (Sec. 2).

Specifies that these rules do not apply to the closing of a section-line highway is the highway is unsafe for vehicular traffic (Sec. 2).
