    • $85 million for rental assistance for relocation and replacement of housing units that are demolished or disposed of;

    • $1.9 billion for the administrative or other expenses of public housing agencies in administering tenant-based rental assistance programs;

    • $154 million for the renewal of tenant-based assistance contracts;

    • $5 million for rental assistance and associated administrative fees for Tribal  Housing and Urban Development Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH);

    • $40 million for incremental rental voucher assistance for use through a supported housing program administered in conjunction with the Department of Veterans Affairs; and

    • $20 million to be made available for new incremental voucher assistance through the family unification program.

  • Appropriates $2.8 billion to the Public Housing Capital Fund (Title II).

  • Appropriates $4.7 billion to the the Public Housing Operating Fund (Title II).

  • Appropriates $655 million to the Native American Housing Block Grants (Title II).

  • Appropriates $375 million for Community Planning and Development’s Housing and Opportunities for Persons With Aids program (Title II).

  • Appropriates $3.3 billion for the Community Development Fund (Title II).

  • Appropriates $300 million for the Community Development Loan Guarantees (Title II).

  • Appropriates $2.6 billion for Homeless Assistance Grants (Title II).

  • Appropriates $11.3 billion for Project-Based Rental Assistance  housing programs (Title II).
