Vote to pass a bill that appropriates funds the Department of Transportation, urban development, as well as related agencies.

Highlights:

• Appropriates $113.5 million to the Office of the Secretary of the Department of Transportation for salaries and expenses (Title I).

• Appropriates $1 billion to the Department of Transportation for national infrastructure investments (Title I).

• Appropriates $203.9 million to the Department of Transportation for the Working Capital Fund (Title I).

• Appropriates $175 million to the Department of Transportation for payments to air carriers (Title I).

• Appropriates $10.4 billion to the Department of Transportation for the federal aviation administration  operations (Title I).

• Appropriates $3 billion to the Department of Transportation for facilities and equipment relating to the airport and airway trust fund (Title I).

• Appropriates $191 million to the Department of Transportation for research, engineering, development relating to the airport and airway trust fund (Title I).

• Appropriates to the Department of Transportation $3 billion for the liquidation of obligations incurred for grants-in-aid for airport planning and development, and noise compatibility planning and programs from the Airport and Airway Trust Fund (Title I).

• Appropriates an additional $750 million to the Department of Transportation for grants-in-aid for airports (Title I).

• Appropriates $446.4 million to the Department of Transportation for the Federal Highway Administration (Title I).

• Appropriates $45.3 billion to the Department of Transportation for federal-aid highway and highway safety construction programs (Title I).

• Appropriates $46 billion for the liquidation of contract authorization, to be derived from the Highway Trust Fund (Title I).

• Appropriates $3.3 billion to the Secretary of Transportation for the highway infrastructure programs (Title I).

• Appropriates $284 million to be derived from the Highway Trust fund for payment of obligations incurred in the implementation, execution and administration of motor carrier safety operations and programs (Title I).

• Appropriates $382.8 million for payment of obligations of the motor carrier safety grants (Title I).

• Appropriates $152.1 million for the operations and research to be derived from the Highway Trust Fund (Title I).

• Appropriates $610.2 million to the Highway Traffic Safety Grants for payment of obligations (Title I).

• Appropriates $300 million to the Department of Transportation for necessary expenses related to the Federal-State Partnership for State of Good Repair Grants (Title I).

• Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation to make grants to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation for activities associated with the Northeast Corridor (Title I)

• Appropriates $650 million to remain available for grants to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Title I).

• Appropriates an additional $1.3 billion for grants to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Title I).

• Appropriates $165 million to the Pipeline Safety Fund (Title I).

• Appropriates $23.7 million to the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (Title I).

• Appropriates $300 million to the Maritime Administration for the maritime security program (Title I).

• Appropriates  $556 million to the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s administrative support offices (Title II).

• Appropriates $222 million for the Office of Public and Indian Housing (Title II).

• Appropriates $390 million for the Office of Housing (Title II).

• Appropriates the following to the Public and Indian Housing Tenant-Based Rental Assistance for activities and assistance for the provision of tenant-based rental assistance (Title II).

• $20.5 billion for renewals of expiring tenant-based annual contributions contracts and including renewals of other special purpose incremental vouchers;

• $85 million for rental assistance for relocation and replacement of housing units that are demolished or disposed of;

• $1.9 billion for the administrative or other expenses of public housing agencies in administering tenant-based rental assistance programs;

• $154 million for the renewal of tenant-based assistance contracts;

• $5 million for rental assistance and associated administrative fees for Tribal  Housing and Urban Development Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH);

• $40 million for incremental rental voucher assistance for use through a supported housing program administered in conjunction with the Department of Veterans Affairs; and

• $20 million to be made available for new incremental voucher assistance through the family unification program.

• Appropriates $2.8 billion to the Public Housing Capital Fund (Title II).

• Appropriates $4.7 billion to the the Public Housing Operating Fund (Title II).

• Appropriates $655 million to the Native American Housing Block Grants (Title II).

• Appropriates $375 million for Community Planning and Development’s Housing and Opportunities for Persons With Aids program (Title II).

• Appropriates $3.3 billion for the Community Development Fund (Title II).

• Appropriates $300 million for the Community Development Loan Guarantees (Title II).

• Appropriates $2.6 billion for Homeless Assistance Grants (Title II).

• Appropriates $11.3 billion for Project-Based Rental Assistance  housing programs (Title II).

• Appropriates $678 million to the Housing for the Elderly, which would remain available until September 30, 2022 (Title II).

• Appropriates $400 billion to the Federal Housing Administration for the Mutual Mortgage Insurance Fund (Title II).

• Appropriates $30 billion to the General and Special Risk Program Account (Title II).

• Appropriates $550 billion to the Government National Mortgage Association guarantees of mortgage-backed securities loan program (Title II).

• Appropriates $260 million to the Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes for the Lead Hazard Reduction Programs (Title II).

• Appropriates $260 million to the Information Technology Fund (Title II).

• Appropriates $128 million to the Office of Inspector General (Title II).

• Appropriates $145 million for payment to the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation (Title III).
