Appropriates $113.5 million to the Office of the Secretary of the Department of Transportation for salaries and expenses (Title I).
Appropriates $1 billion to the Department of Transportation for national infrastructure investments (Title I).

$1.9 billion for the administrative or other expenses of public housing agencies in administering tenant-based rental assistance programs;
$154 million for the renewal of tenant-based assistance contracts;
$5 million for rental assistance and associated administrative fees for Tribal Housing and Urban Development Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH);
$40 million for incremental rental voucher assistance for use through a supported housing program administered in conjunction with the Department of Veterans Affairs; and
$20 million to be made available for new incremental voucher assistance through the family unification program.
