  • Appropriates $879.1 for the Natural Resources Conservation Service for conservation operations (Title II).

  • Appropriates $232.8 million to the Rural Development Programs for rural development salaries and expenses (Title III).

  • Appropriates the following to the Rural Housing Service for rural housing insurance fund program account (Title III):

    • $1.1 billion for direct loans;

    • $24 billion for unsubsidized guaranteed loans;

    • $28 million for housing repair loans;

    • $40 million for rental housing;

    • $230 million for guaranteed multi-family housing loans;

    • $10 million for credit sales of single family housing acquired property;

    • $5 million for self-help housing land development loans; and

    • $5 million site development loans.

 

  • Appropriates an additional $412.2 million to the Rural Development fund for salaries and expenses (Title III).
