• Appropriates $24.2 million to the Office of Civil Rights (Title I).

• Appropriates $45.1 million to the Office of General Counsel (Title I).

• Appropriates $86.8 million to the Economic Research Service (Title I).

• Appropriates $1.3 billion to the Agricultural Research Service for salaries and expenses (Title I).

• Appropriates $898.5 million to the National Institute of Food and Agriculture for research and education (Title I).

• $37.7 million for emergency loans;

• $20 million for Indian Tribe Land Acquisition Loans;

• $150 million for guaranteed conservation loans;

• $10 million Indian highly fractionated land loans; and

• $60 million for boll weevil eradication program loans.

• Appropriates an additional $325 million to the Agricultural Credit Insurance Fund Program for administrative expenses (Title II).

• Appropriates $879.1 for the Natural Resources Conservation Service for conservation operations (Title II).

• Appropriates $232.8 million to the Rural Development Programs for rural development salaries and expenses (Title III).

• Appropriates the following to the Rural Housing Service for rural housing insurance fund program account (Title III):

• $1.1 billion for direct loans;

• $24 billion for unsubsidized guaranteed loans;

• $28 million for housing repair loans;

• $40 million for rental housing;

• $230 million for guaranteed multi-family housing loans;

• $10 million for credit sales of single family housing acquired property;

• $5 million for self-help housing land development loans; and

• $5 million site development loans.

• Appropriates an additional $412.2 million to the Rural Development fund for salaries and expenses (Title III).

• Appropriates $1.3 billion to the Rental Assistance Program (Title III).

• Appropriates $3 billion to the rural community facilities program account for direct loans, and 148.3 million for guaranteed loans (Title III).

• Appropriates $558.2 million for the Rural Utilities Service (Title III).

• Appropriates the following for the Rural Electrification and Telecommunications Loans Program Account (Title III):

• $5.5 billion for direct and guaranteed loans;

• $750 million for guaranteed underwriting loans pursuant; and

• $690 million  for rural telecommunications loans.

• Appropriates $23.1 billion for the Food and Nutrition Service child nutrition programs (Title IV).

• Appropriates $6.1 billion to the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (Title IV).

• Appropriates $73.2 billion to the Supplemental nutrition Assistance Program (Title IV).

• Appropriates $322.1 million to the Commodity Assistance Program (Title IV).

• Appropriates $164.7 million for the Nutrition Program Administration (Title IV).

• Appropriates $212.2 million to the Foreign Assistance and Related Programs for Foreign Agricultural Services salaries and expenses (Title V).

• Appropriates $1.7 billion to the Foreign Assistance and Related Programs for Food For Peace Title II Grants (Title V).
