Highlights:

  • Appropriates $1.1 billion to the Department of the Interior (Division A, Title I).
  • Appropriates $717.7 million to the Environmental Protection Agency (Division A, Title II).

  • Appropriates the following to the following agencies (Division A, Title III):

    • $875,000 to the Office of the Under Secretary for Natural Resources and Environment;

    • $300 million for necessary expenses of forest and rangeland research;

    • $333.9 million for necessary expenses of cooperating with and providing technical and financial assistance to States, territories, possessions, and others, and for forest health management, and conducting an international program;

    • $1.9 billion for necessary expenses of the Forest Service, not otherwise provided for, for management, protection, improvement, and utilization of the National Forest System;

    • $449 million for the Forest Service .

  • Appropriates $208.7 million to the Department of the Treasury (Division B, Title I).

  • Appropriates $3.8 million to the Executive office of the President and funds appropriated to the president (Division B, Title II).

  • Appropriates $84.7 million to the Supreme Court of the United States, with $1.5 million remaining available until expended (Division B, Title III).

  • Appropriates $30 million to the District of Columbia (Division B, Title IV).

  • Appropriates $46.5 million to the Office of the Secretary, with $5 million to remain available for the immediate Office of the Secretary (Division C, Title I).

  • Appropriates the following to the Farm Production and Conservation Programs (Division C, Title II):

    • $901,000 to the Office of the Under Secretary for Farm Production and Conservation; and

    • $1 million to the Farm Production and Conservation Business Center;

  • Appropriates $1.2 billion to the Farm Service Agency (Division C, Title II).

  • Appropriates $232.8 million to Rural Development programs (Division C, Title III).

  • Appropriates $113.5 million to the Office of the Secretary  of the Department of Transportation (Division D, Title I).

  • Appropriates the following to the Department of Transportation in relation to road funding (Division D, Title I):

    • $446.4 million to the Federal Highway Administration;

    • $45.2 billion for the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act;

    • $46 billion from the Highway Trust Fund; and

    • $3.3 billion for Highway Infrastructure Programs.

  • Appropriates the following to the Department of Transportation in relation to pipeline (Division D, Title I):

    • $23.7 million to the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration;

    • $165 million to the pipeline safety fund; and

    • $58 million to the Hazardous Materials Safety Administration.

  • Appropriates the following to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (Division D, Title II):

    • $14.8 million to the executive offices management and administration;

    • $556 million to the administrative support offices;

    • $390 million to the Office of Housing;

    • $71.5 million to the Office of Fair housing and Equal Opportunity;

    • $110 million to the Community Planning and Development; and

    • $18.7 billion to the tenant-based rental assistance.

  • Appropriates $563.4 million for the Executive Office for Immigration (Division E, Title II).

  • Appropriates $521.5 million to the Interagency Crime and Drug Enforcement (Division E, Title II).

  • Appropriates $379.5 million to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (Division E, Title IV).

  • Appropriates $95 million to the International Trade Commission (Division E, Title IV).

  • Appropriates $5.9 billion the Department of State (Division F, Title I).

  • Appropriates $690.5 million to the Educational and Cultural Exchange Programs (Division F, Title I).

  • Appropriates $1.2 billion to the United States Agency for International Development (Division F, Title II).

  • Appropriates $3 billion to the Bilateral Economic Assistance funds appropriated to the President (Division F, Title III).

  • Appropriates $2.8 billion for the Economic Support Fund under the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (Division F, Title III).
