  • Prohibits an individual from knowingly selling, distributing, or possessing software designed to interfere with ticket sales over the internet (Sec. 465).

  • Prohibits an individual operating a ticket website from using a subdomain or domain name that contains the name of the venue or event in the URL (Sec. 465).

  • Classifies a violation of this law as a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for a maximum of 90 days or a $500 fine (Sec. 465).
