Vote to pass a bill that requires the Senate to vote on the nomination of the position of Special Envoy to monitor and combat Anti-Semitism.

Highlights:

• Requires the President to appoint an individual for the position of Special Envoy with the consent of the Senate (Sec. 3).

• Requires the Special Envoy to report to the Secretary of State (Sec. 3).

• Authorizes the President to nominate an individual for the position of Special Envoy if the President determines that it is appropriate (Sec. 3).

• Requires the Special Envoy to serve as the primary advisor to, and coordinate efforts across, the United States Government relating to monitoring and combating anti-Semitism and anti-Semitic incitement the occur in foreign countries (Sec. 3).
