Vote to pass a bill that requires employers and owners of multi-dwelling properties to hold liability insurance.

Highlights:

• Requires any employer or business owner that operates or maintains multiple properties to purchase general liability insurance coverage for negligent acts of no less than $500,000 for combined property damage and or bodily injury or death (Sec. 1).

• Specifies that this act will go into effect 90 days upon passage of this bill and shall apply to policies issued or renewed on or after the passage date of this act (Sec. 1)
